A reflection workbook that helps coalitions and EDO–CBO partners assess the maturity of their cross-sectoral partnerships. Through guided yes/no questions across five levels — Pre-Partnership, Transactional, Cooperative, Collaborative, and Co-Ownership — teams can pinpoint where their relationship sits today and identify concrete next steps for deepening trust, equity, and shared ownership over time.
